easy access to parks and local dining options
Check-in was smooth and the staff provided fantastic tips for nearby landmarks. The comfortable bed was great, allowing me to rest up for my walks through the city while being just under 3 km from the Anderson-Abruzzo International Balloon Museum, a must-see attraction for anyone visiting the area.

The staff was very personable and helpful. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional.
The swimming pool was not open for use. I know this was an un planned event. Maybe an email to guests would help them decided if they are ok with out a pool and will stay any ways or the pool is very important and give the guest a chance to change to a hotel with a working pool.

Everything was nice, immaculately clean hotel, particularly good location nice to be away from the main Albuquerque area. We got warm breakfasts for the value. Location: the venue was really close to the Hoffman town Church park and airport and the fitness center. We stopped by jimmy's cafe for coffee and treats, it was not very far from the hotel.

Great breakfast and comfortable accommodations
I really enjoyed the extensive breakfast selection that included fresh fruit and a variety of pastries. The room was spacious and featured a convenient layout with two TVs, awesome for some flexibility in entertainment. The water pressure in the shower could use improvement to enhance the overall experience.

The hotel was what we liked during christmas. Booked a room with pleasant views, and the staff were pretty friendly people who was supposed to note our reservation.

We had a great long weekend here! The staff was super helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a hit with my kids, and we loved having separate spaces in the king suite.
the internet service was slow at times.

The air conditioner for the room we had had a problem with the fan. It made noise constantly both on low and high. The tempreture was hitting the high 90's so going without a/c was not a choice. We were told that they we full upon checking in so changing to another room was not a choice either. No sleep at all looking at a ten hour drive the next day. We were not happy with the accomodations at all.

I really liked the friendliness of the staff. Whatever I needed, a boarding pass printed, a question about restaurants, irregardless of the time of day or night, the staff immediately helped, with a smile, kindness, and humor. The suite I stayed at was surprisingly spacious, clean, and very quiet. The exercise room had exactly what I needed, and the indoor pool, although not large, was bigger than most. I definitely will be staying there again, and recommend it without reservation.

Spacious room and strong wifi, but no juice at breakfast all three days.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had everything anyone would need. We only stayed one night, on our way to Santa Fe, but did book this hotel because of its location, not far from Old Town, that we did visit, pool and breakfast and price. Very good value.

The beds were very comfy and the air conditioning worked well. A small sitting area added convenience, but breakfast options were limited, particularly the absence of juice during our three-day visit. The staff was friendly, but I found some employees at the front desk lacking in local knowledge.

It was very comfortable, welcoming and quiet. Staff provided great suggestion for dinner...Sadies Dining Room - the best Mexican food we have ever eaten. Breakfast selection and setting was one of the best we have experienced. Also well located with easy access on and off the freeways.
Maids need to check to make sure radio/alarm is not still set to go off from last guest.

Great location, affordable price for a king suite. Staff was very friendly and it was a nice, quiet visit.
The elevator was a little bit scary with the noises it made.
